Shipping 

Once your order is placed, here’s what to expect:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 48–72 business hours (2–3 business days) for order processing before shipment.

  • Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

  • Delivery Time: After processing, shipping typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

  • Responsibility: Once the package is received by the carrier, MASH Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Return & Exchange 

 

At MASH Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

  • Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition — we must be able to resell the item.

  • Return Shipping: We cover return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.

  • Store Credit/Exchange: All approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange. We do not offer cash refunds.
